LOL! They say the same thing here in Buffalo! Today we had 49 degrees when the sun was out, then rain and a few flakes on my ride home!
I got to wash the 01, I think it's been about 3 weeks since I have washed it

i'm a little late with the reply but i strongly agree with the use of clay bar. i'd never used it before i started detailing cars for a living, and let me tell you it makes a world of difference.

Clay bar is great.
I stay away from MicroFiber though. If its rough enough to stick to my hands, then its too rough to touch paint. Isnt microfiber made from acrylic and plastic?

i always use microfiber to wipe off buffing compound or wax and i've never had a problem. but the good part about working with a dealer's cars is you can experiment and learn about different products without risking it on your own car.

They still stick to my hands and that is annoying. I went back to soft terry cloth because of that.

They stick to my hands because my hands are rough. Terry cloth does too. Oh well whatever works for you is all that matters.

Strange, Microfiber sticks to me for the same reason but terry doesnt. Maybe I have baby hands compared to u.

LOL! no you don't have your hands all torn up from bashing ball joints and grabbing tires with cords showing or getting caught in the wire wheel because you need to clean brake line fittings or.....

Wire wheel is a problem on the bench grinder though. I dont use pliers. I hold it and if it hits me, then it hits me. I dont trust pliers to hold stuff while cleaning them up.
