RULES OF CONDUCT IN THE FORUMS
Monte Carlo City Revival never really needed a large amount of rules concerning conduct in the forums,
but as the club has grown it's apparent now that some are needed to an extent. Monte Carlo City Revival is not a chapter or extension of any other car site or club , but its own entity.
This site, has attempted to ensure that the information contained within this site is complete and accurate,
does not claim responsibility, nor will be held liable for any loss or personal injury that may result in the
use of its contents. Monte Carlo City Revival reserves the right to change or alter any portion of this Message Board
without any notification to any of its viewers.
Some of the links found on this site may lead to other web sites or Message Boards that are not the property
of Monte Carlo City Revival, nor do we claim any responsibility as to the content of the web sites they lead
to.The links that are placed on this site only, are a courtesy .
Most of our regular users are aware of what is tolerated and what isn't, and we appreciate all of you who have
come here out of the sheer enjoyment of the true love of the hobby. For those that are unfamiliar with any forums
and are wishing to use Our forum improperly, we have applied these restrictions and they will be monitored.
We find these rules acceptable for the users in any forums not only in Monte Carlo City Revival Forum.
If you feel you already have made up your mind to not follow these standards, then feel free to leave and let the
members that will abide by the rules enjoy their stay at the Monte Carlo City Revival forum.
Any photos that are submitted to this forum, are considered to be free to use on this web site and in any literature
published by Monte Carlo City Revival. In some cases, the original owner is not known, and thus The site is unable to

Please conduct yourself in a manner that you would wish others to do to-wards you. Courtesy and Integrity go a long way
in your acceptance towards other members and if shop affiliations, Organizations, are in your signatures or in your posts.
It always has a direct input in the way they will view you as a supporter of that shop or organization.
Common Sense is a must to who you support and yourself as a member!!
You know that nobody in any forum will tolerate berating, threats, or even worse, open libel against members.
Any racial slandering of a member on this site is grounds for immediate dismisal. The implications from these actions
are real and will not be tolerated. The forums do well and the normal banter is pretty much an accepted form of expression.
Monte Carlo City Revival will leave it up to its moderators and administrators to contain such posts. If a post/thread
is deleted or moved, you probably already know why.
No OFFENSIVE CONTENT

11. Spam, mail fraud, chain letters, MLM, pyramid schemes.
12. Redirection to another services.
13. Paid-to-surf, Paid-to-read, Paid-to-click, autosurf and banner, text and traffic exchange programs, robots or any
deceptive softwares.
14. Intentionally or Un-intentionally attempting to remove or hide our advertisement.
15. Any type of advertisements (banners, text links, buttons, popups, popunders, exitpops).if a person is willing to pay to
advertise a ligit company it should be ok. A Members approiate website links are ok. And chartity sites are fine.
16. Risk to a person's safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, compromises national security, or interferes
with a investigation by law enforcement.
17. Solicits conduct that is illegal under laws applicable to you or to Monte Carlo City Revivaland its hosting service.
18. Malicious, fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against Monte Carlo City Revival, its Staff, members or offended viewers.
19. Political or Religious posts
This includes, but not limited to, Avatars, signitures and postings.
INTERNET ABUSE
You may not engage in illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior, including:
1. Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability

without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.

(tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning, and port scanning.
5. Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an e-mail or a newsgroup posting.
6. Any conduct that is likely to result in retaliation against the Monte Carlo City Revival.
We want everyones experience on The Monte Carlo City Revival forum to be a good one, with generous members and many of the most formidable
Car people and experienced Techs to handle questions and basic information.
Unacceptable content is one rule that will be enforced to the fullest, we're not prudes here but we also are not a porn site.
Anything deemed more than a R rating will be removed for the sake of keeping the forums clean and well rounded so everyone including
their children can come here and enjoy. Of course the language will be filtered, But please, just don't abuse the way Monte Carlo City Revival like to

The Proper Forum and where did my post go?:
Monte Carlo City Revival has supplied you with more than enough forums at this point to make sure that what you want to talk about, sell,
buy, just browse Events,or How too fourms.. It makes it allot easier to get a response to your post when it's placed in the
proper forum.
Take a minute and refresh yourself with all of them. If you find your post moved, it's the job of the moderators to make sure it gets
put where it should be to get you what you're looking for. Remember there's always more going on than just General Chat.
Signatures and Advertisements:
Monte Carlo City Revival, it's website and forum are financed solely by itself and has tried to reach its goals independently.
The site believes it has already acomplished this and more. We allow signatures on the board and links to your website if you have one.
Business Advertising is allowed in signatures and the site encourages it's members to support those business
owners. This puts everyone on an even playing field and lets the user contact them by clicking a link or using the Private Messaging.
Have I been banned ?:
Not only do we hate to have to have these rules in place but moreover we hate the fact that many of our
regular readers need to see this go up in a post. Everyone gets the most respect we can give them here and we understand there will
be questions from many that already do know the guidelines. We apologize for the inconvenience to them.
This is here only to make Monte Carlo City Revival the best place to be, without the always present short mindedness of members that
seem they have the need to encourage INTERNET BS. Remember, Take the posts/comments as you would if they were sitting right next to you!
This brings up the last of this post which is "Have I Been Banned?". If Monte Carlo City Revival feels you have gone far beyond these
simple guidelines for the forums and you find yourself unable to log in, you yourself will be the one who would know the best if
you were. There's a fine line between moderation and toleration, if you've gone past the point of toleration you will have your
name inaccessible for that reason.
With all this said please remember that we enjoy your company and will try to provide you with the most up to date information and

You must take reasonable security precautions. You must protect the confidentiality of your password, and it is wise change your
password periodically.IP addresses are Monitored regularly, if an unknown IP address appears, the account will be suspended upon
further investigation, if it is found that the account was hacked, the account will be reactivated with an Email explanation. If it is
discovered the account was allowed to be accesses by a non member with permission by that particular member the account will be banned.
