You already know a lot of the members, and what would a Monte board be without you, one of the most serious addicts of all?! And yes, your car is a super example. Congrats on finding it and restoring it to its present glory. People should check out how it sounds! But if you ever decide to sell.... you know who to call!! LOL ;D

I haven't bid on any opened ones is a while cause I kept being out bid, Work gets int he way LOL! But go nuts if you see any. And that last pic of the Petty Monte, I knew where there was a few of them cheap too, But I didn't have the cash, once I did get the cash, they were gone. Doug will tell you, I procrastinate too much! Int he last year I think I lost out on at least 1/2 dozen die casts and other cool stuff.
I own the tie clip, Have seen the cuff links, never got them because I never had a use, But he Lighters are cool, Never even seen them anywhere before. But I'm not allowed to play with fire, LOL! And Like Mike said, That Huge crest is cool to0

The tie clip and cuff licks are on ebay from time to time.I bought mine about 5 yrs ago. The knight paper weight thing I also bought off ebay.Rumor has it,it is a bic lighter holder for the salepersons desk. The lighters are different and I bought them off ebay about 7 yrs ago. (they dont fit into the paperweight either) Here is somethng else I bought off ebay about 6 months ago. I've been in to monte carlos now for 25 yrs and look for anything that is monte carlo related. Almost 6 yrs ago I had the trunk emblem off my 73 tattooed on my left arm.So I really consider me a Monteholic. I found these vinyl stickers on ebay about 5 yrs ago. and used them on my tail lites.took the lenses apart and stuck them to the back side.

hahaha i was planning on getting that crest tattood too... Me three. For the last 3 years, this summer I'm finally going to get it and a couple others, it's about time!! Chris, what size tires are you running on those 15x8's? I'm FINALLY getting a ton of work done on my Monte, and those two 8in rear wheels are on the list. and what was the size you recommended for the front as opposed to the 225/70/15? I also need to figure out what backspacing to get.. got any suggestions? Bolt Circle: 5 x 4-3/4'' Rear Spacing: 3-3/4' or Bolt Circle: 5 x 4-3/4'' Rear Spacing: 4-1/2'' Thanks buddy.

I have 275-60's on all 4 corners.
A 235-70 in the same height as a 275-60.I will have to check and see what the b-space is.I think it might be an even 4 inches. So the 4 1/2 might be good.Heres my thought,if you get the 4 1/2 b-space the front of the wheel will look like the front wheel (outsidedepth wise), and look even looking down the side of the car.
If you go with the 3 3/4 b-space the wheel might stick to far out of the wheel well.
Best thing to do is measure the b-space of the wheel you hace on there, and see what might look better.
just my thought

Thanks Chris. I think I might stick to the 225/70 for the front tires, so the ass end is raised just a little bit. I just went and measured the spacing on my 15x7's, and its 4-1/2. So I THINK I should stick to that, right? I'm not very knowledgeable on wheel spacings, etc. I did get the right bolt circle for our cars, right? 5 x 4-3/4"?
