Way to go Clint! I wanna see Burton take the Championship, though. If not him, then Kenseth, Kurt Busch or Clint Bowyer.

Yeah I forgot to mention Bowyer's big win! Jumping from 12 to 2nd in points too!
I'd love to see Bowyer or Burton win, But I'm really hoping Tony Stewart takes it. ANYBODY but Johnson!!!!!!!

Well, the bad news is Clint Boyer was fined 150 driver points by NASCAR for his car being 60 thousandths of an inch too short! Richard Childress is planning to appeal this decision, stating the car was damaged by the wrecker that pushed the car to Victory Lane.
As of now the standings are:
01 DENNY HAMLIN 5230 02 KEVIN HARVICK 5185 03 KYLE BUSCH 5168 04 JEFF GORDON 5155 05 KURT BUSCH 5144 06 JIMMIE JOHNSON 5138 07 CARL EDWARDS 5135 08 GREG BIFFLE 5122 09 JEFF BURTON 5118 10 TONY STEWART 5106 11 MATT KENSETH 5094 12 CLINT BOWYER 5045

The fine really puts a hurt on Bowyer. .060 is a lot, but come on, what all happened with the car? Did the wrecker driver feel anything? I may have to watch a couple of the chase races just to see Johnson lose. The Jimmie and Jeff Series is no fun to watch. Stewart and Bowyer still have time to make a comeback, especially if ppl on the track start getting "into it" on the track like years past.

Not sure what happened for sure, But .060 could easily be caused by a wrecker. But I saw the replay, it really didn't hit it hard enough to damage it. They are trying to make another appeal, but I doubt that will go through

missed todays race, but looks like JJ came in 2nd behind Greg Biffle. And Kyle Busch had a little run in with Reutimann putting him way behind. That totally flips the points around. I'll have to see what the official standings are tomorrow.

Well, Saturday nights race was pretty good, But I still can't understand how someone can spin out early in the race, and comeback to finish 3rd? There has to be some cheating going on in the Johnson camp! But congrats to Jamie Mac for Winning and screwing up the points board!!! LMAO!!

Missed last weeks race, But glad to hear someone new took the win [even if it was in a Ford, LOL!] This is the closest standings in Chase history. I really don't want to see a Toyota take a championship, but I don't want to see Johnson win a 5th title either. Come On Harvick!!!
1 DENNY HAMLIN 6462 2 JIMMIE JOHNSON 6447 3 KEVIN HARVICK 6416 4 CARL EDWARDS 6198 5 MATT KENSETH 6151 6 JEFF GORDON 6124 7 KYLE BUSCH 6115 8 GREG BIFFLE 6113 9 TONY STEWART 6074 10 KURT BUSCH 6033 11 CLINT BOWYER 6028 12 JEFF BURTON 5958

At least it was a Chevy. 5 in a row, what a bunch of crap. Hes gonna get fired for showing up Gordon. I didnt c any of the race, I was busy running down a Camaro to look at. Way too far gone, though. My pick finished last in the Chase. Figures.

Yeah, I'm still sick!!! They were showing the "points as of Now" on the screen during the race, Harvick was in second behind Hamlin by 13 points and gaining. He get a BS Speeding on pit row call, ends in the back of the pack 103 points down! Then they say Hamilin is really a lap down. He takes a wave around and both are now in the back. NASCAR threw this crap in so JJ could win.
And I think that would be awesome if he got fired! LOL! Oh well 89 days till Daytona! But I have a funny feeling next year, I'll be paying more attention to F1 and the Rolex series.
