It Runs? Sweet!
Actually, I was watching Pass Time on Speed last Night, in Texas and all Turbo cars! All I could think of was your car. Those cars were screaming! I hope yours does as well.

Turbo Pass Time was Sweet. Can't wait to see this car in action. I really want to hear it staging and "popping". Love that sound.

thanks guys, haven't been around for a bit, sorry. way to many sites going lol...been tweeking on the motor some more and some more dyno time . since getting new parts put on the six, brodix heads, crower shaft rockers, head studs and cometic gaskets, and a little bigger carb. i sent the motor off for another set of runs on the dyno. got a call a few hours later with some not so good news. motor flat hits the wall at 6800 rpm and will not pull any further. they're main head guy says the intake is done. i had a feeling this would eventually show it's face. so the six is done at 683 peak with a little bump to 16 lbs, the guys tried and said if the intake could breathe i would be in the money with 725 to 750 then it would mean bigger turbo. i got the intake here, been tweeking on it a bit, never enough lol. i just purchased a new set of gm heads that are a little more torque friendly. i have acquired 2 more carbs for dyno use to see what this thing will pull. another barry grant 600 blow thru and an and old modified by me carter 650. i'm going to go ahead and put the DIS setup on there as well to ring every last bit out of this little guy. i also will be taking a tad bigger turbo with me back to the dyno if this one can't keep up . if all goes well i should be able to hit my original mark of 735 to 750 hp and 550 to 575 ft lbs.@ no more than 20psi. that will be be the stopping point for this engine combo. then it will be on to bigger and heavier ideas for the monte heres the new intake i got from Australia, reseach ny myself and a few others have come up with 1 to 3 of these being made by hand out of magnesium flat stock
