The most challenging assignment

The most challenging assignment is that when I carried out the assignment I made a small mistake but I don't know it and no one care about it and no one care what I am did,so after a long time that became a big mistake and I had to pay lot of money to my customer.As I remembered that happened when I just finished school and that was my first job and one of my leader just told me do this do that but she never checked .After that I was scold by my boss everyday and lots of small issue were upcoming one by one.One of big issue is that my customer want a 8cm grosgrains bow with stab stitch around the both side of edge which will be stitched onto the ballerina slippers ,but that was a special specification and size which to be added onto the slippers,the factory didn't have stock available,so I had to just use 8cm plain grosgrain with hand stitching to make bow for sampling as none of factory would like to sample for us and the grosgrain tape need MOQ 5000M at least ,just for sample it even can't run their machine.My customer also know this situation as I inform her everything.But I never About one month later,customer confirmed this grosgrain bow,so I arranged bulk production but I didn't reinforce to customer in advance that the bulk grosgrain bow will be slight different from the sample.Even I informed to her at the sample stage many times.

From this case I learned a lot and thanks this case happened to me even through during that time how bad I am!How afraid I am！what a helplessness I am!Thanks this changing assignment
