I found out today Monteman1978 had past away from a accident. He well known and liked by alot of us.We have lost a decent person and Monte Carlo lover.He will be missed very much.He was only 35 yrs old and taken way to soon.He left behind his wife and his 5yr old son Mikey May you Rest in Peace Sean,

Aye ... very sad news. Thoughts/prayers to Sean's family and friends. I'm just glad I got to meet him at the 2008 MC Nationals in PA..... sorry to hear about this, I didnt know him but knew of him, as he was a active member on many monte and car related sites and forums. would have liked to meet him, seemed like a real decent and all around great guy

here is some Info Sean M. Duff of Downingtown Sean M. Duff 35 of Downingtown passed away on Monday December 22 2008 at his home. He was the loving husband of Kelly Danks Duff with whom he shared nine years of marriage. Born in Norristown he was the beloved son of William J. Duff of Birdsboro and the late Audrey Ritter Duff. Sean was employed as warehouse manager for Industrial Gas Springs in West Chester for ten years. He was a member of the Monte Carlo Car Club and was in charge of running car shows for various cancer events such as Relay for Life. In addition to his wife and father Sean is survived by his son Michael J. at home; and by his brother Peter F. of Birdsboro; and sister Dorothy Anna Fink of West Conshohocken. A funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. on Monday December 29 2008 at the James J. Terry Funeral Home 736 E. Lancaster Ave. Downingtown where family and friends may call from 12 noon to 1:45 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society 1615 West Chester Pike Suite 102 West Chester PA 1938

just to show how good of a friend he was and is to me... he drove from downingtown to allentown with his van... the 7.sumthin liter monster to deliver a 305 and all the stuff i needed to convert my 6 to an 8... for the price of half a tank of gas... 40$.. thats all he wanted... he gave me a th 350 tranny when mine died on me so i could get back and drive my car again... i was supposed to visit him like a month ago to stop in and say whats up and pick up a front clip for my car.... and he just named me as one of the people who are incharge of the car show not too long ago.... we were supposed to have a meeting sometime soon.... he will be greatly missed and im going to do anything i can to help out his wife and son.... even if that means giving them the shiirt off my back... cuz i know he would have done that for me or any of his friends any day of the week

haha and the last time i saw his 3rd gen it had a hole the size of an engine block in the window and it was missing half of the front end..... ohh yeah and it was sitting on cinderblocks...

Thanks to everyone that donated to Seans family,we collected a good amount.
Angela & I will be sending it out this coming week, Tuesday 1/12/09 It will go into a trust fund for his sons education in the future.
Thanks again to everyone that donated. RIP Sean, you will be missed.

OMG !!!
I can't believe it. I had chatted with him through here, the 3G site, and some personal e-mails. I can't believe he's gone though. I never got to meet him but he was always nice and pleasant sounds like he was truly a good man and Monte Carlo man for you too Mike.
I'm sure he's driving a sweet ride now and cruisin with Jesus in the backseat....
anyone know more about what happened to him?
