Last saturday we went to see my g/f Deb's parents in Michigan.
On the trip home we were on the south east side of Toledo, OH a few miles from where I-75 turns to head south.
There was a POS Sonoma pickup was in the lane on the right. This thing barely ran. I was surprised it was even out on the interstate.
I was driving the '03 Pace car. Deb & I were talking. We pulled past the Sonoma truck. The cruise was set at 70mph. So not like we were flying low or anything.
A minute or two later I hear the pickup down shift and it pulls up next to us. This guy wants to drag race. He was looking right at us and gunned his engine two maybe three times.
Deb & I were so surprised by this all we could do is laugh. We weren''t laughing at the young guy driving, or his truck. Just the fact he decided he wanted to race this blue Monte Carlo next to him.
I guess us laughing made him decide to take the next exit off I-75? Or maybe he''d spotted another vehicle he wanted to race?
